Repetitive Strain Injury is caused by repeated physical actions and is estimated to afflict millions around the world. This condition causes the degeneration of the connective tissues in the hands, wrists, neck, shoulders, and back causing pain and affecting and limiting our ability to perform everyday actions. While the damage caused by repetive actions can sometimes heal with rest, many companies around the world are unable or unwilling to adjust their processes to prevent or releive the injuries they cause.
